When writing we want to write a first liner that will capture your audience, in turn you then want to write an intriguing paragraph that really engages them and makes them want to continue reading.

  • I just fell into it on my part but what makes you want to tell your story to the world? We all have a story in us and it is an awesome feat if we can get pen to paper and make the intangible become the tangible. What keeps you going and how far do you feel that you have come? Always look back to see how far out from the shore you are and if you're in deep water then wow you are making waves to accomplishing finishing your journey to the other side. Keep on going
  • 5 Minutes a day. It has been a couple of months since our writers workshop. How have you all been getting on? remember it is not the race of the swift but to finish the race that is the accomplishment. I do hope that you have been using the 5 minute writing rule and have come up with some good stories, biographies or reference works. Look forward to seeing you all soon
  • A narrative can be fiction or non fiction. When writing a narrative it is written from the author's perspective they can choose to place themselves as a character as well as narrate the story. Novels, short stories, biographies and poetry can fall into the narrative category. Narratives often have situations where there are debates, struggle, accomplishment, inspirational themes, tribulations and resolutions.
